    Privacy Notice

    Last updated: 16 October 2026

    This notice explains what personal data this website collects, why, and what rights you have. It is written in plain language. If anything is unclear, please email contact@royasayadi.com.

    Who is responsible for your data

    Roya Sayadi Coaching, run by Roya Sayadi, sole trader (enskild firma), Sweden, is the controller of your personal data. Contact: contact@royasayadi.com.

    What we collect

    • When you apply: the details you enter in the application form: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, location, company name (if any), the stage of your business, your answers about your business, your biggest challenge and why you want to work with Roya, the program you are applying for, your answer on whether you are ready to invest in it, your commitment level, anything else you choose to add, and your confirmation that you have read this notice. All fields are required except company name and "anything else". The required fields are needed to assess your application; without them we cannot consider it.
    • When you send the form: the form briefly keeps your IP address in memory, at most one hour, never saved, to limit repeat sending. It also keeps your email address in memory for at most 24 hours, never saved, so that no more than one confirmation email goes to the same address in a day. Vercel's technical logs also record your IP address for a short period.
    • The "Which program fits you?" quiz: your answers are not stored. We only count, anonymously, how many people take the quiz and which program it suggests.
    • When you visit the website: our hosting provider, Vercel, processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages. We do not keep this data ourselves.
    • If you book a fit call: the details you enter when booking (such as your name, email address and the time you choose), through our booking tool Calendly.
    • If you sign up for our newsletter: your email address, through our newsletter provider Sender. We never add applicants to the newsletter unless they sign up themselves.

    Why we use it, and the legal basis

    • To assess your application, contact you about it, arrange a fit call and, if you join, prepare your contract. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
    • To keep the website and the application form secure. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
    • To count anonymous visitor statistics. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
    • To send you our newsletter, only if you sign up for it yourself. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.

    We do not use your application for marketing, and we never sell your data.

    Where your data is kept, and who helps us process it

    • Email: your application is sent by email and kept only in our mailbox (apply@royasayadi.com) at our email provider Miss Hosting, and nowhere else.
    • Hosting: the website and the application form are hosted by Vercel. The form runs on Vercel's servers in Stockholm; requests pass through Vercel's global network. Vercel Inc. is based in the USA. It is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and its data processing agreement uses the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Vercel also provides our anonymous visitor statistics.
    • Fit-call booking: Calendly (USA) handles bookings for fit calls. Transfers to Calendly are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
    • Newsletter: only if you sign up for the newsletter yourself, your email address is handled by Sender (EU, Lithuania).

    Who can see it

    Roya and her team who help her handle applications. The providers above process the data only to run their services for us.

    If you join and your program includes trademark work, Sayadi Law, SL collects the information it needs directly from you under its own engagement letter.

    How long we keep it

    • If your application does not lead to a contract, we delete it after 6 months.
    • If you join, your application is kept while your contract runs.
    • Contracts and invoices are kept for as long as Swedish bookkeeping rules require.
    • If you sign up for the newsletter, your email address is kept until you unsubscribe.

    Your rights

    You have the right to:

    • access the personal data we hold about you;
    • have incorrect data corrected;
    • have your data deleted;
    • object to how we use your data, or ask us to limit it;
    • receive your data in a format you can take elsewhere (data portability).

    To use any of these rights, email contact@royasayadi.com. We reply within one month.

    If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY): www.imy.se.

    No cookies, no tracking, anonymous visitor statistics

    This website uses no cookies and no tracking across other websites. Its fonts are hosted on the website itself, so your browser does not contact Google or any other font service.

    To understand how the website is used, we count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, a service of our hosting provider Vercel. It counts which pages and sections are viewed, how many people start and finish the quiz and which program it suggests, clicks on the "Apply" buttons (and which program they are for), how many reach each step of the application form and send it, the program applied for and the answer to the investment question (as a count only), and clicks on the booking button. It stores nothing on your device and does not identify you. To tell visits apart, Vercel uses a scrambled code made from your request, which it discards after 24 hours. We see only totals, never individual visitors, and the statistics are never linked to your application. Nothing you type into the form is ever part of the statistics.

    The statistics are processed by Vercel Inc. (USA), under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

    Links to LinkedIn, Instagram and Calendly take you to those platforms, where their own privacy rules apply.
